How To Upload a Screenshot

To take a screenshot press the "Print Screen" button on your keyboard. To only capture only the currently active window hold down the "ALT" key and press the "Print Screen" button.

To upload your screenshot go to http://www.UploadScreenshot.com.

If you are prompted with Java warnings, be sure to accept and let the applet load. You can select to always trust the applet which will prevent you from having to do this again.

Click the "Paste" button at the bottom of the screen.

Your screenshot will upload and then you will be taken to a page like this: http://www.uploadscreenshot.com/image/40320/7824201

You can send the URL of the page to your friends via email, IM, etc by copying it from your webbrowser address bar.

If you need to embed your uploaded screenshot onto a forum or another site, you can use the BB or HTML codes provided at the bottom of each screenshot page. Most forums/discussion boards need the BBCODE, websites like MySpace and personal blogs usually need the HTML code.
